Mark R. Bruneau – Chairman of the Board 2006 (member since 2004) and Shareholder
In addition to his involvement with ZEROFAIL, Mark R. Bruneau was appointed Executive Vice-President and Chief Strategy Officer of BCE Inc. in December 2004. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ADVENTIS, a strategy and management consultancy to the global telecommunications industry, based in Boston, New York and London. Before founding ADVENTIS in 1993, Mr. Bruneau was with Mercer Management Consulting, focusing on industry analysis and competitive strategy development in the communications and computing sectors. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Mr. Bruneau earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Bruneau is a trustee of the Boston Ballet, a Director of the Board of the Center for Telecommunications Management and a member of the Executive Committee for the Center for Telecommunications Management at the University of Southern California and a member of the University Of Ottawa School Of Management's Advisory Board.
P. André Gervais – Board member and Shareholder
André Gervais is a senior partner with Borden Ladner Gervais Law firm in Montréal. Mr. Gervais specializes in alternative dispute resolution, more particularly in commercial arbitration and mediation. His expertise includes commercial, corporate and securities law. Mr. Gervais graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke Faculty of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola College which is now Concordia University. He is a Past President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association. A member of the Montréal Bar Association. A member of Québec National and International Commercial Arbitration Centre. A member of the Institut d’arbitrage et de médiation du Québec (affiliated with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada). Mr. Gervais is also Director and/or Officer of Canadian Irish Studies Foundation, M.R.R.M. Inc. (formerly Mount Royal Rice Mills Limited) and Twenty-First Century Investments Inc. The Honourable Maxime Bernier, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for the Competition Tribunal, recently announced the appointment of Mr. Gervais as a lay member of the Tribunal.
Doug Elie - Board member and Shareholder
Mr. Elie is an experienced entrepreneur with successful businesses in the IT and Clothing Sectors. He is the President of Access Infotech, a leader in the Montreal Marketplace for IT Equipment and Support services.
Henri Côté - Board member and Shareholder
Mr Côté is a successful entrepreneur who has founded, built and sold several companies in the manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors. He is a published author and has raised thousands of dollars for World Vision, his favorite charity, through donating all proceeds from the sales of his book. His book is also responsible for new sponsorships of at least ten children through increased awareness of World Vision.
